Gradipore's Diagnostics Division
Gradipore's Diagnostics Division researches, develops, manufactures and markets reagents used to detect blood-clotting disorders.
The Diagnostics Division has gained international recognition in laboratories which perform blood coagulation tests to predict the risk of thrombosis (blood clotting). Our core products, LA Screen and LA Confirm, focus on detection of Lupus Anticoagulant, a significant cause of recurrent miscarriages and life threatening venous clots.
Gradipore has recently developed other tests that can be used for predicting thrombosis due to genetic abnormalities. The Diagnostics Division is also investigating possible applications for the Gradiflow technology within the diagnostic laboratory.
